**If your computer is running Windows 7 and you are having difficulty connecting it may be because Westside RDP requires TLS 1.2.
You can Click here to download TLS 1.2 for Windows 7 computers.(You will need Administrator privileges to run the files)
Run both files located in the zip folder then reboot. This should fix the issue.
